P.A.T.H. MEMBERSHIP

To ensure all P.A.T.H.™ clinics provide superior standards of treatment, a Quality Assurance Program has been implemented. Prior to being accepted as a member of P.A.T.H.™, pre-admission screening inspections are carried out. Additional audits are conducted yearly by a Quality Assurance Committee. All clinics must meet strict criteria and superior standards of operation.

INCREASED REVENUE AND REFERRAL BASE

  • Clinic revenue and direct referrals from health care managers are increased through the implementation of structured programs and fee schedules (i.e. CARF accredited M.V.A. and disability treatment programs).

MEMBERSHIP COMMUNICATIONS

  • Members receive a detailed Policy and Procedures manual that clearly outlines the establishment, marketing and operation of a P.A.T.H.™ clinic.
  • A bi-monthly internal newsletter is distributed with information about new rehabilitation and marketplace developments.
  • P.A.T.H.™ hosts an Annual General Meeting for all clinic members.
  • On-going education and in-services are provided when required.

MARKETING, PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING

  • A wide range of marketing aides designed for various target groups (i.e. physicians, community, insurance companies, local industry) are distributed to all members. Marketing tools include promotional letters, clinic in-service materials, P.A.T.H.™ logo sheet, professional P.A.T.H.™ folders for redistribution, seasonal tip sheets and a membership certificate for the clinic.
  • Newsworthy information about P.A.T.H.™ and client programs is released to medical and insurance publications, as well as consumer media (dailies, TV, radio) through new releases.
  • P.A.T.H.™ display booth is available to members for open houses and promotions.
  • Advertisements are placed in insurance and medical publications, as well as Bell Yellow Pages.

PREFERRED PROVIDER CONTRACTS

  • Clinics receive direct referrals from industries with whom P.A.T.H.™ has established a preferred provider contract (i.e. TTC, Goodyear, A&P).
  • Direct Billing procedure ensures that clinics receive payment in a timely manner.

EDUCATION

  • New members receive in-services on P.A.T.H.™ programs, standardized reporting, as well as the completion of Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA). As new programs and forms are developed, in-services are provided to maintain high standards of service, standardized reporting and billing.
  • P.A.T.H.™ hosts and sponsors continued education courses for clinic owners and staff.

RESEARCH

  • P.A.T.H.™ conducts quality outcome research studies to evaluate treatment strategies, identify new health care trends and enhance our position in the marketplace.

ERGONOMIC SERVICES

  • P.A.T.H.™ Ergoworks currently provides comprehensive ergonomic services to various industries throughout Ontario. Our Ergonomics Specialists are available to clinics who are approached for services such as Ergonomic Assessments, Physical Demands Analyses, 2 day Functional Capacity Assessments, and Independent Medical Exams.
